About the Opportunity

WOLF is looking for a full-time Technical Content Specialist, Marketing based in Aurora, Ontario (hybrid).

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in creating compelling technical content and marketing materials that drive product application awareness and lead generation.

In this position, you will be primarily responsible for producing high-quality content that connects with target audiences, enhances brand visibility, and promotes WOLF's innovative products and services.

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Producing engaging marketing copy for digital channels to promote products and services
• Writing technical content, including blog posts, white papers, and e-books, for target audiences
• Conducting in-depth research and presenting findings with accuracy
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create aligned and consistent content
• Optimizing content to increase website traffic by following SEO/SEM best practices
• Revising, editing, and finalizing content to meet project deadlines and specifications
• Staying current with market and industry trends to enhance content development
• Managing editorial calendars and aligning content with strategic goals

About You

To qualify, you will need a university degree, preferably with a major/minor combination in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Technical Writing, or Engineering, with 3+ years of experience in technical writing or creating content for technical audiences. You must also attach a portfolio of relevant samples as part of the application process.

Eligibility Requirements

WOLF is a military and aerospace manufacturer requiring strict adherence to CGP and ITAR requirements. As a condition of employment, applicants must be able to provide valid documentation to show Canadian or US citizenship or Canadian Permanent Residency and undergo a police check with no criminal background.

The following skills and background will be highly valued:

• Proven experience as a content writer or copywriter/editor
• Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills
• Proficiency in layout design applications, such as Adobe InDesign, for creating polished and professional content
• Strong knowledge of MS Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, engineering, and product teams
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices for content optimization
• Strong research skills and ability to synthesize complex technical information
