About the Opportunity

WOLF is looking for a full-time Electronics Technician,  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) based in Aurora, Ontario.

Reporting to the RMA Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and improving the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process while contributing to quality control and customer satisfaction initiatives.

In this position, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating product returns from initiation to resolution, conducting technical inspections and repairs, and supporting continuous improvement efforts across the Quality and Engineering teams.

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing RMA requests and communication through CRM/ERP systems
  • Evaluating and approving returns based on warranty and policy criteria
  • Coordinating inbound and outbound product shipments with logistics partners
  • Inspecting, diagnosing, and performing basic repairs or replacements on returned units
  • Investigating root causes and documenting findings for quality traceability
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Customer Service teams
  • Identifying RMA trends and providing insights for upstream product improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards, including AS9100, and maintaining audit-ready documentation

About You

To qualify, you will need a college diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology or a related field, along with 2+ years of hands-on experience in RMA operations, electronics troubleshooting, or technical support in a hardware or manufacturing environment.

A solid foundation in reading schematics, diagnosing component-level issues, and performing basic repairs is essential.

Eligibility Requirements

WOLF is a military and aerospace manufacturer requiring strict adherence to CGP and ITAR requirements. As a condition of employment, applicants must be able to provide valid documentation to show Canadian or US citizenship or Canadian Permanent Residency and undergo a police check with no criminal background.

Whilst not needed, background or experience in the following will be highly valued:

  • Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards, compliance documentation, and electronics manufacturing practices
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems for managing RMA workflows and records
  • Ability to read schematics and identify components, signal flow, and failure points
  • Demonstrated experience with root cause analysis, diagnostics, and reporting recurring issues
  • Comfort working in Linux environments and setting up PCs from scratch
  • Experience with soldering, component-level inspection, and basic electronics rework
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service teams
