WOLF is hunting for a driven full-time Inside Sales Engineer, Business based in Aurora, Ontario.

Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Sales Operations | Team Leader, Inside Sales and collaborating with our CEO, you’ll be at the heart of our business growth. As our Inside Sales Engineer, you’ll:

What You'll Bring To The Table

Got a post-secondary qualification or diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Software Engineering—or a related field? We definitely want you! Have 1-3 years of sales experience? Even better! Less than that? No problem! We’re excited to welcome new graduates and engineers who are passionate about technology, have strong communication skills, and possess a determined drive to succeed.

Given the cutting-edge military and aerospace technology we work with, strict adherence to CGP and ITAR requirements is a must. You’ll need to provide valid documentation of Canadian citizenship (or PR) and undergo a police check with no criminal background.

Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:

• Technical Sales Proficiency: Utilize your engineering background to excel in technology sales, especially in product management and video graphics
• Consultative Selling: Leverage your technical knowledge to support and guide complex sales processes
• RFP & Presentation Mastery: Showcase your ability to craft compelling RFP proposals and deliver impactful presentations
• Software & Product Development Insight: Apply your understanding of software requirements to drive product success
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, using your programming skills to bridge technical and client needs
• Platform Expertise: Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI to manage and analyze sales data effectively
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite & Windows, with an advantage if you know NVIDIA technology or have familiarity with Linux
