Your Mission Brief

WOLF Advanced Technology is on the hunt for a full-time Quality Inspector, Electronics and PCA/PCBA to join our dedicated Quality team in Aurora, ON. Reporting to the Chief Quality Officer, you’ll play a mission-critical role in ensuring the reliability and compliance of WOLF’s aerospace and defense products by upholding the highest inspection standards.

This is a structured, fast-paced environment where precision and accountability are key. You’ll work alongside a close-knit group of inspectors, engineers, and production experts, collaborating daily to keep quality at the forefront of everything we do.

As Quality Inspector, Electronics and PCA/PCBA at WOLF, you might…

  • Inspect with accuracy: Perform detailed visual and microscope inspections of PCBs, CCAs, and assemblies to IPC Class 3 and AS9100 standards
  • Verify specifications: Check incoming and outgoing materials against drawings, purchase orders, and inspection reports to confirm compliance
  • Catch and resolve issues: Identify nonconformances, support root cause analysis, and contribute to corrective action plans
  • Approve and release: Sign off inspection reports and clear parts for Logistics, Production, or Shipping while ensuring traceability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Production, Procurement, Inventory, and Logistics to resolve quality issues and maintain smooth workflows
  • Support compliance efforts: Assist in internal audits, system reviews, and AS9100 quality management processes
  • Document rigorously: Maintain inspection findings, reports, and KPIs with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Champion continuous improvement: Drive initiatives that enhance inspection processes and product reliability

Your Edge

You are an IPC610-certified inspector with 2+ years of PCA/PCBA inspection experience in electronics production. You thrive in structured, fast-paced environments where accuracy and accountability are everything, bringing a sharp eye for detail and the confidence to make decisions that keep quality uncompromised. Whether working independently or alongside cross-functional teams, you excel in applying technical expertise within aerospace and defense standards.

What You Bring to the Table

WOLF is a military and aerospace manufacturer requiring strict adherence to CGP and ITAR requirements. As a condition of employment, applicants must be able to provide valid documentation to show Canadian or US citizenship or Canadian Permanent Residency and undergo a police check with no criminal background.

Whilst not needed, background or experience in the following will be highly valued:

  • Proficiency with AS9100 quality systems and nonconformance resolution
  • Skilled in using precision tools such as micrometres, vernier scales, pin gauges, and height gauges
  • Technical writing and documentation abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to adapt to shifting production priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with clear and effective communication skills
  • Eligibility to work under CGP and ITAR requirements (Canadian or US citizenship, or Canadian Permanent Residency)
