Your Mission Brief

WOLF Advanced Technology is on the hunt for a full-time Chief Engineering Officer to lead our engineering organization in Aurora, ON. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you’ll play a mission-critical role in uniting engineering teams, driving technical excellence, and ensuring on-time, profitable delivery of next-generation aerospace and defence solutions.

This is a newly created executive position that will bring together WOLF’s engineering divisions under one leader. As Chief Engineering Officer at WOLF, you might…

• Unify engineering leadership: Align VP-level engineering groups under a single vision and resolve cross-unit challenges to keep programs on track

You hold a Master’s or Ph.D. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field), with 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in aerospace, defence, or high-tech industries. You have led complex engineering organizations, balancing technical credibility with executive presence. Your career shows the ability to unify teams, earn respect from senior technical leaders, and guide engineering groups through growth, transformation, and mission-critical delivery.

You thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where both innovation and discipline matter. Comfortable operating at the C-suite level, you combine sharp business acumen with an engineer’s mindset, ensuring profitable outcomes while advancing technical excellence.
