Your Mission Brief
WOLF is seeking a creative and motivated Junior UI/UX Designer (new graduate or early career) to join our growing digital solutions team. This role is ideal for a recent or upcoming graduate with a strong interest in user experience, interface design, dashboards, and modern web applications.
Working closely with software developers, engineers, and internal stakeholders, you will help create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that improve usability, workflow efficiency, and digital experiences across WOLF’s internal systems and applications.
You will also:
- Design wireframes, prototypes, dashboards, forms, and user interfaces for internal and web-based applications
- Support responsive and accessible design practices
- Collaborate with software developers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to understand workflows and user requirements
- Translate technical requirements into clean and practical design solutions
- Help maintain UI standards, reusable components, and design systems
- Prepare design assets, specifications, and handoff materials for development teams
- Document user flows, interface behavior, and design rationale clearly and accurately
- Contribute ideas that simplify workflows and improve the overall user experience
- Support digital transformation, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives
- Continuously learn and adapt within a fast-paced technical environment
Your Edge
You are a creative and detail-oriented recent or upcoming graduate in UI/UX Design, Web Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. You bring a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and enjoy solving problems through thoughtful, intuitive digital experiences.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience with UI/UX and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms
- Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, responsive web design, and accessibility standards
- Knowledge of visual hierarchy, usability principles, and modern interface design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional technical teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
The following would be considered strong assets:
- Basic front-end development knowledge including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular
- Exposure to Microsoft technologies such as C#, .NET, Blazor, or Power BI
- Experience designing dashboards, enterprise software, or data-heavy applications
- Exposure to AI tools, automation workflows, or digital transformation initiatives
You are also a proactive learner who enjoys taking initiative, contributing ideas, and continuously improving both your skills and the user experience.
